Have A Laff!

We've all heard the old saying, 'laughter is the best medicine', right?
I'm not ignorant enough to believe that it can solve all our problems - anxiety and mental health can be deeply troubling and I will never tell you that you can laugh away your problems.

I do believe it can help. Even just a tiny bit. And sometimes all we need is to feel a tiny bit better.
So below I have compiled a handful of my favourite videos - sometimes I come home from at hectic day a work and my brain is in a fuzz, or something happens & I become so overwhelmed with thought and panic that I need a way to feel like me again.
I want you to USE these! Laugh your little butts off and feel like you again, even if just for a minute or two xx

America's Got Talent: A Newton Family Saturday night viewing guilty pleasure! My favourite thing about the weekend during winter is making sure I am home on a Saturday night to watch AGT with the fam- and I don't care what anybody thinks! ;)  The more I watch it the more I love it.  There is just something a little bit special about watching people put themselves on the line in the pursuit of chasing their dreams!
Now, it has been a long time coming, but this time around it is AGT: The Champions.  They have put the best of the best from all the Got Talent's from aroud the world to compete!  Which brings me to our new video! I have been a long time fan of Preacher Lawson.  His videos always do the trick in moments of lacking of laffs.  Preacher Lawson has previously sent me a video in support of Newton Fit and what we are doing and it is probably one of the greatest things I have ever received! :)
I feel like we all deserve double the laffs this time around - enjoy everybody! <3 x

I don't know if any of you guys ever watched Americas Got Talent (I can be a little lame like that!) but this guy is an absolute gem. Sit back and hold onto your tummies because you're in for a real laff!

Another one that I'm not sure many people will have heard of! Impractical Jokers is a show where 4 guys are placed into real public situations and are made to do things that they others tell them to!
Here are two of my favourites!
